30-day guarantee on damaged or faulty items. If your NuSlopi arrives damaged, stops working or is faulty within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo or short video at hello@nuslopi.com. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.
Change of mind (14 days). You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first to get the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
